Many of us hold cruel diets, visit the gym 4x a week and results are according to us slow. There is a magic potion that´ll help this process get into gear. It´s healthy, cheap and easy to make – warm water with lemon juice.

Make sure you drink this everyday – first thing in the morning before brushing your teeth, drink a whole glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Afterwards proceed with your regular ritual. Have breakfast about 30 mins after drinking the lemon water. You´ll see the results after about a month.

So what does lemon water do? First of all, this is the most natural combination you can get into your body. So it´s super healthy, doesn´t contain E´s or preservants etc… Lemon water also has 0 calories. It´s tasty, so you can substitute it for your sodas and wanna-be juices.
